At Manor of Groves we aim to ensure 48 hour dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, if all items are in stock.
If you are ordering as a gift we advise you order at least 5-7 days before the item is needed.

Returns Policy

We have every confidence in the quality of our products. However in the unlikely event that you do decide that you need to return vouchers please contact our customer service team on execpa@manorofgroves.co.uk. Vouchers may only be returned if they are unused and we received them within 14 days of initial purchase (proof of postage must be obtained)
