La Brasserie is where you will find an inspirational menu, expertly created by our Executive Chef and his team. His philosophy on food is quite simple… “I aim to create a memorable dining experience at Manor of Groves, and my team and I do this is by producing appetising dishes of the highest standard. In my experience, if you use good, honest, fresh ingredients that are locally sourced you will create delicious plates of food” Along with carefully selected fresh local produce, many of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used in the mouth-watering dishes have been personally grown and tended by Chef and his team.
To complement the imaginative menu, we are proud to present a contemporary selection of wines from around the world. The Atrium Bar located opposite La Brasserie is the perfect place for a pre-dinner or after dinner drink and serves a wide variety of beverages, cocktails and liqueurs.
